OF WORK
As a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and providing group and individualized therapeutic interventions to our adult population. This will includepleting clinical documentation and maintaining department order, safety, and inventory. You will utilize a wide range of clinical skills to address the psychosocial and physical needs of our patients. Work involves following established treatment plans to help patients achieve short term and long term goals in order to regain independence and improve their quality of life. This will include observing and reporting an individual’s behavior, attitude, or physical condition, while making necessary adjustments to therapeutic programs. Work Schedule and Information:

Full-time Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, working every 5th Saturday with the following Monday off, and a 30-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Special Requirement:

You must be in possession of a license to assist in the practice of occupational therapy, under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Occupational Therapy Education and Licensure, or possession of a temporary license.

Condition of Employment:

Persons possessing a temporary license will be accepted pending full licensure which must occur within one year after .
