Occupational Therapy Assistant – Polk County Schools Grace Rehabilitation Center, Inc. Cleveland, TN 37320 About us Grace Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work Full time in Polk County Schools. You must live within a one hour drive to to this location and have a TN Occupational Therapy Assistant License to apply. We have a full caseload of wonderful kids who need you to help them reach their full potential. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our patients, and our employees. Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Flexible working hours Growth opportunities The successful candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the school system, under the direction and supervision of a occupational therapist. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational and rehabilitation medicine, as well as the ability to provide compassionate care to children.
Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in providing occupational therapy treatments to patients. Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans for patients. Instruct patients in the use of therapeutic exercise and equipment. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to occupational therapists. Provide education to patients and families on the importance of occupational therapy. Provide support to patients with pediatric occupational therapy needs.

$25.00 – $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
