Your Impact:
Elevate Patient Care:
Work closely with our ophthalmologists to gather comprehensive patient information, ensuring accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
Master Ophthalmic Testing:
Conduct thorough preliminary examinations, including visual acuity, pupillary responses, and more.
Perform Advanced Diagnostics:
Administer a range of diagnostic tests, such as OCT, perimetry, and ophthalmic photography. Assist in
Surgical Procedures:
Support ophthalmologists during minor surgeries, laser procedures, and crosslinking.
Streamline Patient Flow:
Efficiently manage patient flow in clinic and imaging rooms, collaborating with clinical staff.
Administer Eye Drops:
(Certification Required) Contribute to
Clinic Efficiency:
Perform clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
What You’ll Bring/Requirements:
A passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 1 team-oriented environment. Proven experience as an Ophthalmic Technician. Knowledge of medical office procedures. Ability to perform indirect activities, administrative tasks and any other assigned duties that contribute to the efficient & high-quality performance of the medical practice. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points:
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) Certification.
