Are you passionate about precision and patient care? We’re seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Surgical Tech to be a vital part of our dynamic ophthalmology team. As an integral member of our surgical staff, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring successful and efficient eye surgeries. What You’ll Do Prepare and maintain sterile operating environments, including instruments and equipment. Assist ophthalmic surgeons during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials. Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments, including patient education and support. Manage and sterilize surgical tools and equipment in compliance with safety protocols. Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately. What You Bring Proven experience in ophthalmic surgery or a related field. Strong understanding of ophthalmic instruments, procedures, and protocols. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate and patient-focused with strong communication abilities.
