In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care and assisting optometrists in delivering high-quality eye care services. Duties Assist optometrists during patient examinations by preparing equipment and ensuring a smooth workflow. Perform preliminary tests such as visual acuity assessments, tonometry, and retinal imaging. Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Provide patients with information regarding their eye health and treatment options. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
