We offer a paid, hands-on training program (6-8 weeks) where you’ll gain the skills needed to launch a career in ophthalmology -no prior experience required. You will receive hands-on training in a fully equipped, high-tech facility, working alongside world-renowned medical professionals. The training program is located at our Tarpon Springs office – Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. What you’ll do: Learn the fundamentals of eye care through our structured, hands-on training program Work directly with patients, guiding them through their appointments Perform diagnostic tests and assist physicians during exams Maintain a friendly, welcoming environment for patients Use state-of-the-art technology to provide top-quality care
