Shift:
8a-5p Located at the Emory at Lagrange Clark Holder Clinic Work with operations management team on daily basis to ensure patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency; ability to work with and efficiently lead a clinical service team at a single office location (up to 10 staff). Position will meet with operations leadership regularly to provide input to and participate in clinic improvement projects, EMR SuperUser, train and on-board new team members, gather patients relations issues/complaints and work with leadership to resolve; provide input for weekly staff schedule formatting and shifting; assist with communicationg and maintaining TEC safety program standards; assist with daily communication regarding clinic flow, patient scheudling updates, staff scheudling, equipment needs, and supplies to physician and staff team. complete patient work-ups and diagnostic testing as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school education preferred and current JCAHPO certification (COA, COT or COMT). At least five (5) years of ophthalmic technician experience is required or must be a technician in good standing at Emory Eye Center for a minimum of BLS is required. Certification from a recognized Ophthalmic technician training program.
