Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones and schedule appointments Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records Prescreen patients and prepare them for their exams (training provided) Assist the doctor with patient flow and clinical needs Support front desk operations and administrative tasks Help ensure a smooth patient experience and high-quality care

Qualifications:

Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and phone etiquette Upbeat, outgoing personality Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment A commitment to providing outstanding patient care Previous experience in an optometric or medical office is helpful but not required

Schedule Requirements:
