The ideal candidate should have strong computer and typing skills, an outgoing personality, excellent phone etiquette, and good communication skills. Although it would be helpful, previous experience in an optometric office is not required as we are willing to train the right person. However, please note that we are open seven days a week, and you may be required to work evenings and weekends. If you are interested, please send us your resume via email. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient intake by collecting medical history and verifying insurance information. Utilize EMR systems for efficient documentation and record-keeping. Communicate effectively with patients and staff, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
