Opthalmic Technician Dry Eye Center of North Carolina, PLLC 8305 Falls Of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC 27615 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting medical staff in a clinical settings. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our facility, contributing to the overall patient experience. Duties Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations, procedures and and in-office treatments Perform basic clinical tasks such as preliminary testing, preparing patients for examinations, and administering medications under supervision. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care. Schedule Wednesday and Friday.
