Eyewear Specialist Primary duties:
Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Assist patients in the selection of eyewear frames according to style and color. Operate manual lensometer and auto-lensometer. Educate and recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit patient needs. Continue to stay educated on current brand knowledge. Accurately collect facial measurements. Dispense patient orders. Identify and resolve patient complaints through troubleshooting.
Eyewear Specialist Secondary Duties:
General office duties. Maintain cleanliness as assigned by the supervisor. All other duties as assigned.
Eyewear Specialist Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a High school diploma/GED. 1 -2 years of retail sales experience preferred. If you are energetic, a quick learner, and ready to join a great team please send us your resume.
