Optometric Medical Receptionist Moore Eye Care Bristol, CT 06010 We are a busy 3 doctor optometric practice looking for an enthusiastic person with a friendly personality to perform front desk/receptionist responsibilities M-F approximately 8-5 with some Thursday evenings. The perfect candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, checking insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, computer entry, submitting claims, collecting copays, billing and other office duties. Our new “TEAM” member must be able to multi task, maintain strict confidentiality, have attention to detail, follow through and complete tasks, interact with our patients and coworkers with a positive and professional attitude, and be able to work hours requested without conflict. Remember you will be the first person our patients interact with whether it is over the phone or coming through the front door.
