We provide comprehensive eye care with an emphasis on specialty testing and treatments. We’re seeking a friendly, adaptable, and proactive Optometric Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and care Perform pre-testing to prepare patients for their eye exams Assist the doctor with specialty testing and treatment procedures Educate patients on treatment options and their benefits Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient visit Support a variety of day-to-day clinical and administrative tasks Help promote services and contribute to practice growth Collaborate with the doctor and owner to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Experience in a customer service role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales experience or confidence in sales conversations is a plus Comfortable speaking with patients and presenting information Positive attitude, flexible, and willing to learn Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
