Job Description What would you do? – The SpecificsMeet National Vision’s sales and company objectives includingaverage sale and feature percentages. Follow the Eyeglass World”Code of Excellence” to ensure customer satisfaction by creating awarm and welcoming environment for customers. Assist withdispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers. Performinsertion and removal training of contact lenses to customers aspermitted/required by state law. Educate clients on proper eyeglassand contact lens care. Maintain accurate and organized patientrecords. Maintain awareness of same day service using “Ready WhenPromised” production board. Complete inventory count and replenishstock as necessary. Mentor potential Apprentice Opticians aspermitted by law. Qualifications Are you the right fit? – TheSuitable Talent Fluent in reading and speaking both English andSpanish. Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Maintain license as required by state. Strong selling skills, aimedat meeting both the store’s and self-sales targets, by followingcompany policies. Strong customer service skills. Able to giveinstruction in a clear and concise manner to customers. Effectiveinterpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Detailedoriented. Professional attitude and appearance.
