ResponsibilitiesGreet all patients and customers asthey enter the store, identifying patient needs to ensure an easyand memorable experienceProvides recommendations on products andservices available.

Attain sales goals established by managementteam while complying with company and local policies andprocedures.

Assists patients and customers to choose products andservices that suit their budget and eyecare needs.

Identify andtroubleshoot problems related to prescriptions to resolve customercomplaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions toremedy situations.

Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames forclients according to written optical prescription or specification,determining the specifications of lenses, making minor repairs oradjustments to eyewear, etc.

Ensure brand standards by performingbasic housekeeping duties when necessaryOther duties as assignedand required.

QualificationsExperience delivering outstandingcustomer service to patients as a Licensed OpticianYou have theability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changingbusiness needs in a team environmentYou have the skills necessaryto communicate effectively with a diverse group of peopleAre youthe perfect fit?
