• Part Timeand Full Time both available.
• Support Services Provided for each

OD:

• Trained & Dedicated Vision Tech to assist OD on all visits
• Laptop for documentation
• All equipment and travel cart withmedical supplies provided
• All travel expenses covered includingmileage and hotels (if needed)
• All scheduling and billing handledby Practice
• Full service back office support for consents,pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op, and IT support.
• Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director
• Practicecovers malpractice insurance.

• Responsibilities:

• Each Optometristwill visit (1-2) LTC facilities each day of service and typicallysee around 30-40 patients a day.
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobileOptometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results
• Diagnose andtreat ocular diseases
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses
• Recommend follow up care and treatments
• Educate patients,families, and staff on vision and optical protocols andconcerns.
• Education
• Doctorate in Optometry
