About the optometrist position Our new optometrist will be a welcome addition to our team and family who is both personable and welcoming to our patients. We’re looking for a well-rounded optometrist who understands and appreciates both the medical and the optical side of the business, and who is willing to take the time to cater to our patients. Our new optometrist will have full autonomy over their treatment and caseload and will be able to: Perform comprehensive eye exams Perform contact lens fittings Prescribe eye drops Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease Prescribe corrective lenses Build strong doctor-patient relationships Handle eye care emergencies Opportunity for growth as an optometrist: We believe in helping people, and our goals is to help shape and grow a great optometrist into a practice owner.
