Position Summary:

We are seeking a residency-trained optometrist to join our highly skilled and supportive team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and passionate about specialty care. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a dynamic, research-driven environment with an emphasis on ocular disease, pediatric eye care, and co-management of surgical patients.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope optometric care to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye, and retinal conditions Co-manage patients with ophthalmologists for cataract, LASIK, and other surgical procedures Participate in active clinical research trials and contribute to innovative care models Fit specialty and standard contact lenses Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive eye care

Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited optometric residency program (preferred) Active Florida optometry license or eligibility for licensure Passion for patient-centered care and collaborative practice
