The ideal candidate will be able to confidently manage a minimum of 4 patients per hour, demonstrating strong diagnostic skills, efficiency, and the ability to balance multiple patients, including those with medical pathology. Full Tech Support:

Our highly trained technicians handle all pretesting and in-lane testing. You’ll focus on refraction, slit lamp examination, and reviewing Optos images. Techs prefill the chart, set the phoropter, and draft the assessment and plan. Each doctor is supported by at least three technicians.

State-of-the-Art Equipment:

New Topcon automatic phoropters Digital acuity charts Topcon slit lamps New Optos imaging systems A manual phoropter is available in the third lane for flexibility.

Efficient Clinical Setup:

Work between three fully equipped lanes User-friendly and intuitive EHR system Optional scribe and refractionist support available to optimize workflow. We empower our optometrists to practice to the full extent of their training—to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with confidence and autonomy. Our doctors are supported by a robust team of skilled technicians, allowing them to focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality patient care without unnecessary administrative burdens.
