JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses:
Active State License or willing to license
Board Certification:
Required Clean criminal and DHHS background
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care Diagnose and treat vision impairments and eye diseases Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and medications as needed Document all patient interactions and treatment plans Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
