Salary:

Job Details JobDetails:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Optometrist tojoin our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate willplay a crucial role in diagnosing and treating visual impairmentsand eye conditions, providing personalized eye care solutions, andeducating patients on eye health. This is a permanent position,offering a unique opportunity to work alongside a team of highlyskilled healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptionalpatient care.

Responsibilities:

The Optometrist will be responsiblefor: 1. Conducting comprehensive eye exams to assess patients’visual health and diagnose eye conditions and diseases. 2.Prescribing corrective lenses and contact lenses as needed. 3.Providing guidance on proper contact lens care to ensure patientsafety and comfort. 4. Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals to coordinate patient care. 5. Keeping detailedpatient records regarding diagnoses, treatments, and progress. 6.Staying updated on the latest advancements in optometry and eyecare. 7. Educating patients on preventive eye care and promotingeye health awareness. 8. Providing pre- and post-operative care topatients undergoing eye surgeries.

Qualifications:

The successfulcandidate must possess: 1. A Doctor of Optometry degree from anaccredited optometry school. 2. A valid license to practiceoptometry in the state. 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as anoptometrist, with a strong focus on contact lens care. 4.Exceptional patient service skills and a strong commitment toproviding high-quality care. 5. Proficiency in using advancedoptometry equipment and technologies. 6. Excellent diagnosticskills and the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately. 7.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, toeffectively educate patients on eye health and contact lens care.8. The ability to work cooperatively as part of a healthcare team.9. A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to allprofessional standards and regulations.
