Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert patient care in the assessment, design, and fitting of orthotic and prosthetic devices. Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of patient care. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality service and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment. Stay current with advancements in the field, bringing innovative solutions to the clinic.

Qualifications:

Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) credential from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC). Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation, device fitting, and patient follow-up. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
