This is a Full-Time opportunity with a commitment of 40 hours per week. As an EMS Liaison you will: This role is crucial to bridge communication between the Emergency Services (EMS) and Baptist Health. This role will optimize patient flow, enhance pre-hospital and in-hospital collaboration, and improve the overall patient care continuum. A dedicated liaison will streamline operations, support EMS personnel, and strengthen our partnerships with EMS agencies, which are vital to our mission of delivering exceptional emergency care. This clinically experience team member will meet the ongoing needs of our EMS partners and is consistent with the service they expect from the health system.

Education/License/Cert Note:

RN or a Certified/Registered Paramedic is required. Paramedics must have a High School Diploma. RNs must have a BSN or sign a BSN agreement.
