EMT-Basic, Intermediate & Advanced -Full Time Frontline EMS Sandy Springs, GA 30328 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate EMT to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide essential pre-hospital care to patients in various non-emergency situations. Your ability to assess patient conditions, administer basic life support, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals will be vital in ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide immediate patient care in non-emergency situations, including assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses. Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable MVR according to company standards once employed. Must be insurable by the provider at the standard rate. Administer basic life support techniques and perform CPR as needed. Assist with medication administration and monitor patient responses. Transport patients safely while maintaining a high standard of care. Communicate effectively with other medical personnel, including hospital staff and emergency room teams, to relay patient information and treatment provided. Maintain equipment and supplies in the ambulance, ensuring readiness for emergency calls. Document all patient interactions accurately and comprehensively in compliance with protocols. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in emergency medical services. Experience Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and knowledge: Strong understanding of patient care principles, including physiology and anatomy knowledge. Experience administering injections and familiarity with medication administration protocols. Proficiency in basic life support techniques and experience working in a non emergency settings is advantageous.
