Paramedic

FULL-TIME

Opportunity $10,000 sign-on bonus withcommitment • $34 .76 per hour

PARAMEDIC

We’re hiring Paramedicsthat are passionate about delivering compassionate , high-qualityservice and basic, as well as advanced , patient care to ourcustomers.

Responsibilities:

Assess each call situation todetermine the best course of action while working with progressiveParamedic protocols. Utilize your Paramedic skills on medicalequipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor,oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provideadvanced medical care. Communicate with patient s and loved ones toprovide information and assurance that care is being given. Act asParamedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene andunit management as needed. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.

Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as you r fellowParamedics.

Other Responsibilities:

Participate in communityprograms to maintain AMR image and establish strong communityrelations.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

High school diploma orequivalent (GED) S tate Paramedic License Ambulance Driver’sLicense Medical Examiners Card State Driver’s Licens e

BLS, ACLS,PALS OR

PEPP, ITLS or PHTLS (PHTLS required by 1.1.25) Drivingrecord in compliance with company polic y Pass Physical AgilityTest Some work experience, preferably in healthcare Why Choose AMR?
