Position Overview:

Pivot Onsite Innovations is now hiring anexperienced and self-driven Paramedic for a full-time position.

This role will provide coverage as needed at our onsite healthcareclinic located at our client’s distribution center in Morrisville,PA! Must be willing to work overnights 4PM to 2AM M-F! This is a6-8 week length position.

Job Summary:

The Paramedic coordinates healthcare for employees in the onsite clinic and oversees evaluation andcase management of workplace injuries as well as compliance withmedical surveillance programs. The Paramedic relays information toemployees and client key stakeholders regarding workplace safetyand injury prevention as well as assuring compliance withhealth-related OSHA mandates.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

Responding to emergencies efficiently andpromptly. Administering basic first aid and medical support andassessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses. Perform drugtests, hearing tests, pulmonary function and fit tests as necessaryEffectively communicating with medical professionals and treatmentfacilities to obtain instructions regarding further action andfollowing up accordingly. Effectively communicating, receiving andcarrying out patient care plans given by the Overseeing Physician,Medical Director, or third-party providers as necessary Effectivelycommunicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksiteincidents, hazards, etc. Demonstrating a strong orientation towardsteam work and the ability to understand the importance of teamcoordinated efforts. Create an environment of trust and caring,which allows workers to take responsibility to reduce or eliminateactions or behaviors under their control that contribute to injuryand illness. Communicate regularly with key client site personnelregarding injury prevention activities. Attend meetings and serveon committees as requested.

Required Education, Skills & Abilities:

Key Skills & Competencies Must have a valid state license 2 yearsprevious industry experience required 2 years Occupational Healthexperience a plus Current CPR/First Aid certifications requiredCAOHC certified as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist is aplus Breath alcohol technician (DOT) trained is a plus Urine DrugScreening (DOT) trained is a plus Proficient with MS Office Priorknowledge in the areas of Occupational Health, OSHA Recordabilityand Worker’s Compensation preferred Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to build relationships with client and employeesPosition may require proof of

Base pay ranges are reviewed andtypically updated each year. Offers are made within the base payrange applicable at the time.
