Be the trusted guide for patients exploring cosmetic surgery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, be an excellent communicator, be responsible for answering telephones and responding to web and e-mail inquiries, managing relationships, facilitating complex information while driving business development, and ensuring prospective and current patient satisfaction. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate and educate while managing multiple tasks and utilizing various software tools to enhance productivity. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact between patients wanting cosmetic services clients and the Park and Rebowe team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs. Seeking opportunities for business development . Schedule consultations and other appointments. Follow up with inquiries and build patient trust Help patients feel confident, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Provide educational support to patients as needed, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of services, cosmetic surgeries, and pre and post op expectations. Coordinate care with our providers and facilitate a thriving patient journey. Collaborate with the Park and Rebowe team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive growth. Utilize software tools for patient management, tracking activities, and reporting on performance metrics. Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience working in a plastic surgery/cosmetic surgery practice preferred. Proven experience in sales. Strong skills in relationship building. Experience in business development initiatives. Excellent ability to influence decision-making processes. Familiarity with various software applications related to patient management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for presenting information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. Only candidates with previous experience working in/with a plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery practice will be considered. (This role moves FAST and requires real knowledge of the aesthetic world!)
