We are looking for someone to work our Monday-Friday 11:30a-8:00p EST shift.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Patient Advocate , you will serve as a key point of contact for individuals seeking relief through laser therapy for pain management. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls , providing education, support, and scheduling assistance when appropriate. Your role is vital in delivering a positive and compassionate experience for every caller.
Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with prospective patients through empathetic, informative conversations designed to highlight the benefits of laser therapy and guide them toward making informed healthcare decisions. Providing prompt, professional communication to both potential patients and clinic administrators, ensuring a seamless and supportive interaction. Navigating multiple systems and resources efficiently to access, research, and relay accurate and relevant information during calls. Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics and quality standards. Collaborating with team members to identify and support continuous process improvements. Participating in coaching sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and enhance professional development. Performing additional duties as assigned to support overall team success.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist and/or sales experience, preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently. Experience working in a virtual desktop environment. A distraction-free remote workspace suitable for full-time work. High school diploma or GED.
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with alternative medicine and understanding of its benefits. Knowledge of medical or physical therapy terminology. Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Additional expectations:
Ability to participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a functioning camera. Comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive, and team-centric culture.
