Location:
This position is based in Jacksonville, FL. The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Your Role as a
Mobile Medical Patient Care Navigator:
Assist in patient care by processing provider orders after visits. Coordinate home health services, labs, DME, radiology, and other diagnostic services. Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain compliance with medical record policies. Complete prior authorizations for patients as needed. Process medication refills and manage home health updates.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (preferred). One year of medical office experience (required). Medical Assistant certification (preferred). Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
