Navigator Manager Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Navigator Tier 1. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth patient experiences and efficient administrative processes within our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound patient calls and provide assistance with inquiries. Schedule and verify routine patient appointments. Update and enter required patient information into the system, ensuring accuracy. Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times. Process credit card payments securely. Intake clinical information and route it to the appropriate department. Cross-train in front reception duties, including greeting patients and visitors, check-in/check-out procedures, obtaining patient identification and insurance information. Schedule return appointments and handle rescheduling/confirming appointments. Prepare patient charts for the next day and notify patients of co-pay/previous balance. Collect and process payments accurately. Assist with filling, scanning, and indexing as needed. Complete daily reporting and perform other tasks as required. Qualifications:
