JOB SUMMARY
The Advent Navigator is an advanced professional position providing direct therapeutic services to identified mental health and substance abuse clients. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining patient care by program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.). Additionally, the incumbent will provide clinical services to adults and children in the hospital. Must have excellent assessment skills and knowledge of the Baker Act, services in the community, and experience working in a hospital setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external programs and agencies. Attend agency-wide, division, and program meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops to maintain and enhance essential skills and knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or a Master’s Degree. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required. Computer knowledge should include Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and Electronic Medical Records experience required, and knowledge of telehealth platforms preferred. Provides exceptional customer service in all communications and interactions with staff, Psychiatrists, Advent hospital staff, and Gracepoint staff 2:30 PM -11:00 PM
