Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Answering phones with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Checking patients in and out with warmth and professionalism
- Prepping for patient days to ensure smooth and efficient flow
- Learning and assisting with insurance verification, claims, & AR
- Discussing finances balances
- Documenting notes accurately and consistently
- Always learning, asking questions, and improving processes
- Supporting a fun, upbeat office culture where laughter and learning go hand in hand
