Our innovative LifeView Program offers patients a comprehensive scan package designed to promote long-term health awareness and wellness.

Position Summary:

The Patient Advocate plays a key role in enhancing the client experience at ClearView Imaging. This individual will be responsible for guiding patients through their visit, explaining services, answering questions, and presenting additional wellness offerings—particularly the LifeView Program . Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate the value of preventative health services are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and informative experience Educate patients about their scan, results timeline, and follow-up options Present and promote the LifeView Program , effectively communicating its benefits in a compassionate, informative, and non-pressuring manner Identify patient needs and recommend services that align with their health goals Handle inquiries about costs, services, and scan types Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure seamless experience Document all patient interactions in the system accurately Follow up with patients post-visit to provide additional resources or answer questions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communications, or business is a plus Sales experience or aptitude, especially in upselling or recommending services in a consultative manner Prior experience in a healthcare sales, wellness, or customer-facing role preferred Ability to comfortably discuss sensitive health topics with compassion and professionalism Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with EMR systems or basic patient data entry preferred Passion for preventative care and helping people live healthier lives

$60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
