We are seeking a Membership & Inventory Coordinator to join our innovative team and help manage and grow our thriving semaglutide-based weight loss membership program. Position Overview This role bridges patient engagement and clinical operations.

You will be responsible for:

Managing and promoting medical weight loss memberships (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.) Educating and onboarding patients into our 3-tier membership plans Tracking member progress, follow-ups, and renewals Monitoring and ordering clinical inventory (including compounded medications) Supporting day-to-day practice flow with a focus on patient satisfaction and retention Key Responsibilities Membership Program Management Serve as the liaison for new and existing weight loss members Coordinate monthly check-ins, InBody scans, and medication refills Assist with onboarding, payment setup, and renewals Ensure accurate documentation and patient communication Patient Engagement & Promotions Educate patients on benefits of memberships and promotions Follow up with leads, no-shows, and past patients to re-engage Collaborate on SMS/email campaigns, flyers, and in-office marketing Promote additional services like B12 shots, IVs, or hormone testing Inventory Oversight Track and manage inventory of semaglutide, syringes, and related supplies Communicate with pharmacies to order and receive shipments on time Monitor stock levels, expirations, and proper storage Ensure compliance with Georgia’s medication dispensing regulations Ideal Candidate Profile Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Confident in patient communication and education Comfortable with digital tools (EMR, spreadsheets, SMS/email platforms) Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative medical setting Enthusiastic about health, aesthetics, and patient care Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Medical Assistant, Front Desk Lead, or Patient Care Coordinator Familiarity with weight loss or aesthetic medicine is a plus Experience with Boulevard is a bonus Prior inventory or ordering experience preferred Why Join Nexclin Medicine?
