Provider Relations Coordinator Skyline Medical Solutions 3625 Brookside Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30022 Skyline Medical Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Provider Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you’ll be the bridge between our network of healthcare providers and our internal operations — helping ensure smooth, timely, and effective communication to improve provider satisfaction and patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Provider Relations Coordinator supports the Provider Relations Manager by maintaining strong relationships with our medical provider network. You’ll monitor provider performance, collect feedback, and help shape strategies to enhance provider experiences and resolve any service challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter patient info, demographics, and treatment history into the system Escalate patient issues to management as needed Field and route incoming calls, emails, and faxes Act as a liaison between providers and Care Connect Medical Ensure efficient information flow and compliance with company/regulatory standards Collect and communicate provider feedback Resolve “Assistance Needed” requests and address provider-patient engagement issues Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations Help maintain a high level of provider satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience required Supervisory experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally

Salary:
