Patient Care Representative Pure Dermatology Metairie, LA 70001 We are a successful, growing dermatology practice looking to add another member to our hard-working, high quality team. A Patient Care Representative is a vital link between patients, medical staff, and the healthcare facility, ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. Their responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and assisting with skincare product purchases, all while maintaining a high level of customer service. Approachable demeanor, computer literacy skills, and phone etiquette skills required.
Job Summary:
This position will effectively interact and communicate with a variety of patients from their initial point of contact through the continuum of care, as well as practice providers and staff. This position must encourage and maintain an engaging environment through consistent, positive, patient interactions. This position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the practice, offerings, and policies. It is a function of this position to uphold the standards and guidelines in accordance with practice standards. This position is on their feet all day.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday, 7:45am – 5:45pm
