RegalCare at Worcester is a short and long-term care facility located in Worcester, MA. We are currently seeking Clinical Liaison to join our team!
Position Summary:
As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a key role in promoting our skilled nursing facility’s services to hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources. You’ll be the bridge between patients, families, and Regal Care, ensuring smooth and compassionate transitions into our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare professionals. Coordinate patient admissions and assess clinical appropriateness. Serve as a resource for patients and families navigating post-acute care. Represent Regal Care at community events and healthcare meetings.
Requirements:
RN, LPN, or clinically licensed professional (preferred). Experience in admissions, case management, or marketing in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with local hospitals and healthcare networks is a plus.
