Charlotte Spine and Pain Relief Center is looking for a warm, caring, and quick-learning individual to join our team as a Patient Advocate / Medical Assistant!

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming patients and supporting their journey toward pain relief and wellness. You’ll assist with chiropractic therapy procedures, support front desk operations, and communicate the benefits of our services in a compassionate and informative way. If you have a background in customer service or sales and love connecting with people, this role is a great fit. Don’t worry—we’ll train you on everything you need to know!

Salary:

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour Requirements/Responsibilities Your day-to-day will include: Greeting and checking in patients with a welcoming attitude Assisting with patient setup for chiropractic therapies Learning and performing therapy procedures under supervision Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling basic office duties Keeping treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patients Providing compassionate support to patients during their care Educating patients about services and guiding them through options (light consultative/sales skills)
