Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to individuals in recovery. Assess patient needs and create individualized recovery plans. Offer emotional support and encouragement throughout the recovery process. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, counselors, and social workers to coordinate care. Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies, coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification as a Peer Support Specialist (CPRS) or eligible. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
