Transporter – FT 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 6300 Main Street, Zachary, LA 70791 Duties/Responsibilities Timely transport of patients within the hospital to various locations, including but not limited to rooms, treatment areas, diagnostic labs, and operating rooms Safely use and maintain transport equipment like wheelchairs, stretchers, and other medical devices Transporting lab samples, equipment, paperwork, and supplies throughout the hospital campus Assist with transport during patient admission and discharge Assist with patient delivery of meal trays and nutrition items Assist with patient delivery of pharmacy items Maintain accurate records of patient transport and any related issues Performs other duties as assigned Education Required High School or better Licenses & Certifications Required BLS Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
