Job Summary:
Perform classes as assigned with excellent customer service. Adjust programming as necessary to maintain interest and meet guests’ needs. Ensure a safe environment for all. Coordinate individual programs for supervised fitness clients upon demand. Maintain cleanliness of aerobic/pool area. Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies. Assist with other department needs as necessary. Record class attendance and collect/track/turn in payments for classes. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Must be a certified personal/fitness trainer.
Experience:
Genuine enjoyment in working with and serving others required. CPR certification and 6 months’ experience in a health or fitness-related field preferred.
