Responsibilities Conduct engaging group fitness classes, ensuring a motivating and safe environment for participants. Provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels. Design and implement effective fitness programs that incorporate various techniques, including kickboxing and cycling. Educate clients on anatomy, body mechanics, and physiology to enhance their understanding of fitness. Promote health and wellness through effective communication and fitness sales strategies.
