Full Job Description Job Summary:

Exciting news—our new Pilates Reformer studio is open in Decatur, Alabama, and we’re looking for an energetic and passionate Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team! If you’re excited about helping clients feel stronger and more confident, and want to be part of a fresh, fun fitness community, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a key member of our new studio, you’ll lead group classes, provide personalized Reformer sessions, and help clients reach their fitness goals—all while creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere!

What You’ll Do:

Design and lead engaging Pilates Reformer classes for all fitness levels Infuse creativity and enthusiasm into group sessions, offering modifications and challenges to keep clients progressing. Offer Reformer sessions that focus on individual client goals and needs. Educate clients on body mechanics, proper movement, and the many benefits of Pilates Reformer for overall health. Keep the studio organized and ensure Reformer machines are ready for each session, maintaining a safe and smooth experience. Create a positive, supportive environment that keeps clients excited and coming back for more. Stay current with Pilates Reformer trends and bring fresh ideas to the studio to keep things fun and innovative.

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (you’re the expert we’re looking for!). Experience creating fun, results-driven group fitness or Reformer programs (preferred but not required). Strong understanding of body mechanics, physiology, and injury prevention. Bonus if you have a background in yoga, dance, CrossFit, or other fitness-related fields! A natural motivator with excellent communication and people skills. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends—we’ll keep the schedule fun and balanced! A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their best.
