Must have experience in teaching water aerobic class and have a great personality to work with seniors and motivate them.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct aqua fitness classes in a safe and engaging manner.
- Design and implement effective and enjoyable water-based exercise routines.
- Provide guidance on proper techniques and ensure participants’ safety during sessions.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate new ideas into class routines.
Required Qualifications :
- Group Fitness Certification and insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous experience in teaching aqua fitness classes is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive class environment.
- Present a professional appearance
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Certified in CPR/AED/First Aid; must be achieved within 60 days of employment.
