Experience with EMS training (exceptions always exist but we appreciate someone who gets it) 3-5 years of personal training, fitness coaching, or group instruction (preferred) A nationally recognized Personal Trainer cert + CPR/AED (preferred) Killer communication skills—you know how to connect and motivate Integrity, reliability, and a heart that beats for helping others Tech confidence (you don’t have to be a coder, just not afraid of gadgets) Energy for days and a serious love for all things wellness Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching.
