Position Overview We are seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer) to guide members in personalized movement sessions focused on mobility, core strength, posture, and functional movement. This role is ideal for a passionate instructor who values integrated, science-backed wellness. Responsibilities Lead private and small group Pilates sessions aligned with clinical and longevity goals. Personalize workouts based on mobility, body composition, balance, and functional assessments. Collaborate with other wellness providers to ensure Pilates is integrated into overall care plans. Educate clients on proper form, body mechanics, and breathwork for optimal results. Maintain pristine equipment, professional demeanor, and a high standard of care in every session. Qualifications Comprehensive Pilates Certification from a nationally recognized program such as: STOTT Pilates (Merrithew) Balanced Body® Polestar Pilates® BASI Pilates® Peak Pilates® Mat and Reformer experience required ; apparatus experience preferred. Eligible for or certified by the NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) registry (formerly PMA). Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe programming for all fitness levels. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
