The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate and educate clients of all fitness levels. Level 1 certification is required, but we can help getting your certified if needed. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead group classes, and design customized fitness classes of your own that promote health and well-being. Responsibilities Conduct engaging and effective group lagreeclasses, as well as a killer playlist. Educate clients on proper body mechanics including alignment and pace, to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts. Design comprehensive fitness sequences. Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages client participation and retention. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards to enhance program offerings. Lagree is a live method and there is always something to learn. Collaborate with other Dī’ namik team members to create a well-rounded approach to health and wellness within the facility. Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively. Ability to motivate individuals or groups through energetic instruction and support.
