Hiring:
Group Fitness Trainer! We are looking for an energetic and passionate Personal Trainer to lead our Group Fitness Classes! While group training experience is highly recommended, it’s not required
- we can teach you the group dynamics.
However you must be a certified personal trainer.
What We’re Looking For:
High Energy & Motivation
- You need to bring the hype and keep the class engaged! Strong Multitasking Skills
- Managing multiple clients at once, ensuring they stay on track. Form Correction and Injury Prevention
- Must be able to spot and correct form in real-time. Effective Programming
- Ability to modify workouts for different fitness levels. Great Communication Skills
- Keep Clients motivated, engaged, and coming back for more! Leadership & Confidence
- You set the tone
- clients should feel inspired by your presence. Adaptability
- Be ready to pivot workouts based on class size, injuries, or equipment availability. Passion for Fitness
