PERSONAL TRAINER P-Fit is looking for motivated, high-energy personal trainers who are passionate about helping clients achieve real results. We are not your typical gym—we focus on efficient, science-backed 30-minute training sessions that deliver serious transformations. WHAT YOU’LL DO
✔ Lead engaging and results-driven 30-minute training sessions
✔ Provide personalized coaching and accountability to clients
✔ Offer basic nutrition guidance to support client goals
✔ Build strong client relationships and foster a positive training environment
✔ Contribute to a winning team culture focused on success and growth
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Passionate about fitness and eager to help others succeed
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients
✅ Experience with resistance training and group fitness coaching preferred
✅ Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
