Responsibilities:

• Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants in various exercise formats, such as kickboxing, cycling, pe/post natal, and group fitness.
• Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients or groups.
• Educate participants on proper form, body mechanics, and exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety of fitness classes, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, yoga, and group fitness sessions.
• Provide expert guidance and motivation to participants of all fitness levels.
• Create engaging and effective workout routines to keep classes exciting and challenging.
• Foster a positive and inclusive fitness environment.

Requirements:

• Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Experience in leading group fitness classes.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
